Finally tried Casa Don Diego and loved it!! The food was delicious, I had menudo and my wife had machaca. The place has a old vibe and a pretty cool bar area that I was not expecting. The service was excellent and the restaurant clean. Looks like locals are loyal customers as when we were there 3 random parties all greeted each other like they were old friends. We did not have the brunch, but it did say endless mimosas if you are a fan. There was lots of parking. Give it a try!

We are sad to find out rhat this place is closing the doors after 55 yrs. In business. :-/ but, we got a chance to eat for the last time the yummy menudo and birria plate!
Margaritas/Drinks were delicious!! I had the jalapeño, strawberry and the mango. Also ordered the Paloma. We ordered the carne fries, one of the burritos and a 2 item combo (enchilada and taco) and i really enjoyed everything! Beans were delicious. I only wish i would have asked for salt for the rice but flavor was good. Will for sure be back as this place is adorable!! Service was fast and our waiter was so attentive.
This place is our new favorite not only was the delicious food but the place was clean clean. Our waiter was on point. He was attentive and friendly. Only complaint was that while there was good music playing already (I enjoyed the music playing in the background) a young lady who worked at the restaurant turned on the tv and put music on while she sat on a table and put what it looked like utensils together. The music the lady put was also good music but it made the place noisy and sounded busy not in a good mood way. Let me mention is was breakfast when we went. We will come back for an afternoon cocktail soon.
Ordered food online during the pandemic and drove to their location to pick it up. Order was completed on time and was well packaged not to mention delicious. Grateful to Casa Don Diego for having food available during these hard times.
Our server was Pablo, he was very courteous and attentive, food was good, they seemed to be short staffed especially for a Sunday, he was the only server I saw taking care of a crowd of about 18 people in 4 different tables! We had the queso fundido plain which was good, I also had the carne en salsa verde, which was tasty, my mom had the pozole and she also like it, everything was very well served and good size portions!
Always delicious. One of the best places in my opinion in this area to get some good Mexican food, with a nice vibe to it. Never disappointed in a meal here, very friendly wait staff and love to take anyone visiting as well. One of my favorite dishes is the carnitas, and a lot of places don't seem to get them right. Thanks!
